🔥 Fire Base Zulu – Woodland Safety Brief
Welcome to Fire Base Zulu, where adrenaline meets the undergrowth. Before we deploy, let’s lock in the safety essentials to keep the game immersive, respectful and injury-free.
🌲 Terrain Awareness
• Watch your step: Uneven ground, roots, and low branches are part of the battlefield. Stay alert and move with purpose.
• Know your AO: Familiarize yourself with field boundaries, respawn zones, and emergency exits. If you’re lost or injured, call “MARSHAL!” loud and clear.
👓 Eye & Face Protection
Under 18s must wear full face protection.
• Eye protection is non-negotiable: Full-seal goggles must be worn from chrono to safe zone. Mesh goggles must be made from a substantial metal be able to withstand a BB.
• Face protection is strongly advised: Especially in dense woodland where close-quarter encounters are common.
🔫 Weapon Safety & FPS Limits
• Chrono is mandatory: All replicas must be tested before play.
• FPS limits:
• AEGs/GBB rifles: Max 350 FPS (1.14J)
• DMRs: Max 425 FPS (1.68J), locked to semi-auto, 20m minimum engagement
• Bolt-action snipers: Max 500 FPS (2.32J), 30m minimum engagement
• Trigger discipline: No blind firing. Finger off the trigger until ready to engage. Single shot for snipers and DMR primary and secondary, AEG’s single shot and 1 secondburst on fully auto and Support weapons 1 sec when directly engaging, 3 second burst for suppressive fire (shots fire in an arc)
🧍 Engagement Rules
• Minimum engagement distances must be respected: If you're too close for your replica’s safe MED, disengage or switch to a sidearm.
• Overshooting is out: One BB is enough. Controlled fire only.
• Dead men tell no tales: No intel sharing once hit. Raise your hand, call “HIT,” and return to respawn.
🟢 Safe Zone Protocol
• Magazines out, safeties on: No dry firing or test shots.
• Muzzle awareness is key: Keep replicas pointed in a safe direction at all times.
• Respect gear and space: Keep it chill and professional.
🚨 Emergencies & First Aid
• Report injuries immediately to a marshal.
• First aid kits are located in the safe zone and with marshals.
• Hydrate and rest: Woodland ops are demanding—take breaks.
🧑⚖️ Conduct & Respect
• Marshal authority is final: No exceptions.
• Zero tolerance for cheating, aggression, or unsafe behavior.
• Be a team player: Call your hits, help new players, and uphold the Fire Base Zulu spirit.
Minimum age 11yrs.
No maximum age but must be fit enough to traverse a wood for an extended period.
